Marilyn Louise Devlin

​​Marilyn Louise (Sirgey) Devlin of Wilson, NY on May 30, 2018 in Buffalo General after a sudden illness with her family at her side, born May 10, 1963 in Niagara Falls she was a daughter of the late Paul Charles and Joyce Marie (Barber) Sirgey. A 1981 graduate of LaSalle High School she met and married John D. Devlin July 9, 1983. Marilyn is the current Vice President of the Wilson Volunteer Fire Company #1 Ladies Auxilary and was very dedicated to the fire company. She enjoyed sewing, reading, taking care of the grandchildren or anyone for that matter .Predeceasing is one son Brian Rolfe Surviving besides her husband is, Peggy (John) Lucas, Connie (Jesse) Craig, Patty Devlin, grandchildren Ryan, Luke, Hunter, Ellie, and William. Siblings Derek (Sherry) Sirgey, Judy (Bob) Deeter, Carol (Don) Degona, and Nancy Sirgey Brother-in-Laws Larry Devlin, Paul (Dawn) Devlin, Richard Devlin, and Billy Devlin, Sister-in-Laws Rose (Klaus) Froehlich, Patricia (David) Snyder also many nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be Friday 2-4 and 7-9 in the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home 270 Young Street where Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10 A.M. .Dana Scott Hill of the Hawk Clan unexpectedly June 26 2018 born in Niagara Falls N.Y August 23 1964 to the late Jerry E Hill and Fleeta W (Ground) Hill. HE attended local schools in Buffalo, after which he was a general laborer working estate sales and recovery. Dana was a dancer at the Turtle in Niagara Falls N.Y and was a volunteer who loved to sing and dance. Surviving are his siblings John (late Diane) Hill Lavonne Hill, Eric Hill, Melba (Late Charlie) Thomas, Julian Hill, Donna Ground Hill, Goldie Hill, Melody Hill, Verne Hill also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.  Predeceased is Joann, Virginia, Nile (June), Garret, Wendell, Graham Hill. David McElwain

David Brooks McElwain passed away November 4th, 2015. Born January 30th, 1938 in West Virginia he is the son of the late Clifton (Susie McLaughlin) McElwain and brother to the late Eugene McElwain, Sam (Daisy) McElwain, Patricia (Forrest) Miller and Audrey McElwain.
David served in the United States Air Force and did two tours in Europe, he worked for Harrison's for forty years, he played racket ball and was a bowler.
Most importantly though he was a loving husband of 56 years to Luci A. McElwain, until his passing. Along with Luci, he is survived by his four children, Tina (Joe) Bitterman, Lisa (Paul) Henning, David McElwain and Kelli (Nicole) McElwain; his siblings, Bob (Joanne) McElwain and Hope Seager; his grandchildren, Cerise (Jared) Meyers, Jeremy Bitterman, Hannah (Mark) Bitterman, David (Sarah) Henning, Jack (Sarah)Henning, Chelsea (Art)Henning, Mathew Henning, Samantha McElwain, Shelby McElwain; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Kevin.
A memorial service celebrating David's life will be held Sunday, November 8th, 2015, at Ross Funeral Home Gaul Chapel, 263 East Avenue in Lockport, from 2 till 6pm. Arrangements by Ross Funeral Home Gaul Chapel.

Gloria Pawlak

Gloria Mary Pawlak passed away on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, at home, after long illness.
Born in Niagara Falls on Feb. 27, 1929, where she attended local school, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Cecile M. (Allen) La Chance. She worked for General Motors for 21 years in  Lockport, NY.
Mrs. Gloria Pawlak was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Pawlak and son, Ronald Pawlak, in addition to her parents and siblings, Marcel J. Paul, Armond J. & John W. La Chance and brother in-law, David Marciniak.
She is survived by her children, Steven (MarySue) Pawlak, Debra (Joseph) Barrett, Diane Reppenhagen, Sandra (Russell) McKeown and Lori Noone; brother, Al (Eileen) La Chance and sister, Cecile Marciniak; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private memorial service held at Hamilton & Clark. Luncheon for friends and family  at 1:00, 2960 Wilson Cambria Rd., Wilson, NY 14172. Memorials to Niagara County Hospice or Visiting Nurses Association. Arrangements by the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home, 270 Young Street, Wilson, NY.
